ASHTONES au Déjà Vu, Cattolica, Italie.
Mars 01 Day 9. Déjà Vu in Cattolica, a small town close from Rimini (the place chosen by Marco Pantani for his last ride and tonight "Shit in my Blood" will be dedicated to him). Our Hosts are the guys from Antares, one of the best Italian band with Brokendolls, Seditius & Gonzales. When we arrive, Cattolica seems an abandonned touristic town with closed gorgeous hôtels, closed beach clubs and closed luxury shops. "Déjà Vu" is a club on the beach and at this period of the year, it's a bit cold. There's a huge audience and we choose to open for Antares: people came because they know that powerfull italian band. We'll do a real good show despite of my tiring voice which fades (9 days,8th gig). The audience really enjoy the show. Then Antares will do an enthusiastic powerfull show: these guys, Yuri,Faro & Joe are real and everybody could feel it. Final with Joe leaving his drum-kit and screaming "Carmelita" deserves everybody's respect. A great band and nice real guys!! Then everybody's getting drunk. "Just one kiss" is back. Feliciano shows his ability with italian tongue, and Alex is almost at the same level when Fab, Rip, Yannick and me are at same label. We'll sleep at Faro's place in Italian country and he will show us what great cooker he is. Everybody enjoy breakfast cooked by faro: pastas with sausage,peas and parmesan. Just delightfull, best breakfast of the tour. Yuri, Faro & Joe see you in France back with Antares.
